Find out what's already in use
We find the AI tools your staff already use and check where client data is going.

Access controls and data governance
We set AI up inside your own secured environment, with access controls and data governance in place.

An AI use policy
We write a plain-English AI use policy that tells staff what they can and can't put into which tool. Staff sign it.

Training
Training runs role by role, on your real documents and tasks, and we can run it by video. Staff leave with working skills and clear rules.

Review
We look at what's working and what needs changing. After that you can keep us on month-to-month to build a new automation each month, keep policy and access current and give your staff an AI helpdesk for questions such as “am I allowed to put this in Copilot?” There's no lock-in.

A fixed fee, quoted upfront, over two weeks. We find the tools your staff already use, check where client data is going and rank the five jobs AI should take on first. The fee comes off the rollout price if you go ahead within 60 days.

Privacy Act and data handling
We deploy enterprise-grade AI inside your own secured environment, with access controls, data governance and an AI use policy. Our governance, data-processing agreements and policy are aligned to the Privacy Act. Your data is never used to train public models.

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. We confirm the final price once we’ve scoped your business.
