Hi, I’m Jonathon
I started Essetech because I saw too many businesses getting burned by IT: slow support, confusing jargon, and providers who disappeared when things got tough.
I believe every business deserves IT support that’s fast, transparent and actually makes sense. When you work with Essetech, you’re not handed off to a faceless helpdesk. I work hands-on with every client, and you deal with me directly.
What we look after
How we work
- Our prices are published, in Australian dollars, and exclude GST. You’ll find them on our pricing page.
- There are no lock-in contracts for IT support or managed IT.
- We reply to new enquiries within one business day.
- For support requests, we aim to respond within 30 minutes and put anything that stops your team working first.
- On-site support is available across the Adelaide metro area, from our base in Brooklyn Park. Remote support is available across Australia.
- Essetech is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and a Microsoft CSP reseller, so we can supply your Microsoft 365 licences and manage them along with your other IT.
