What's included
Hourly support covers remote and onsite work on whatever you need fixed or set up, billed only for time spent. Managed IT gives your staff a help desk to call, plus the security and cloud management in your chosen tier. With a fractional IT manager, one person is responsible for your IT decisions and reports to you each month.
AI projects include setup and testing. Where staff will use the tool, training and a written AI use policy are available as well, so the business knows what data can and can't go into it.
Essetech is a Microsoft AI Cloud Partner and a Microsoft CSP reseller, so we can supply your Microsoft 365 licences and manage them along with your other IT.
